Spider Purchase

The approval and ordering of hard- and software as well as servicing, as a individual item or combined package, is made easier with the optional module Spider Purchase. With its flexible workflows, the already prepared shopping baskets and integrated budget management, this add-on to Spider Asset is useful for IT purchasing.

When a requirement is captured it is automatically fed into the approval workflow. The buying department only receives the order once this has been successfully completed. The prepared shopping baskets and service packages result in a noticeable streamlining and harmonisation of IT. Staying within the required framework per department is made considerably easier by the integrated budgeting in. In addition, the link to a shopping system and to the internal ERP-tools increases performance.

Integrated reporting can give information at any time on the status of open requisitions and orders and reports on expected cash flow. This increases the accuracy of planning and improves the service in the company.

Computers, peripherals, software, equipment and rendering of service are depicted individually or in combination, parts lists can also be shown. Individual products can be ordered from different suppliers. A link-up to the SAP system (Module MM) makes automatic generating of orders, and thus the transition into the ERP world, smooth. When used in conjunction with Spider Asset and Spider License, the software supports whole chains of processes from the defining of targets, through planning, technical and commercial approval, ordering up to the posting of the delivered assets. Spider Purchase can also be used for stand-alone units. Selection of product and the ordering process run in a structured manner and are therefore faster. The catalogues automatically give a summary of the IT products used.
