One company. Three heads. One goal.

A short portrait of the three directors of Spider LCM GmbH.

Thomas Hübner, Born 1958, began his IT career as Marketing Manager for the Japanese company NEC. In 1990 he became Sales Manager for the American company Attachmate, where he was responsible for the areas of software and consulting. In 1999 he joined the Board of ECS AG. He was responsible for marketing in the Federal Republic of Germany for 3 years.

Thomas Hübner has been a director of Spider LCM since 2002. He is mainly responsible for marketing and development. He is the father of two children, an enthusiastic motorcyclist and as an active windsurfer he has participated in the European Amateur Windsurfing Championships.

Marius Dunker , Born 1968, has a degree in Computer Science ( University of Kiel). In 1994 he came to Attachmate through his activities as consultant to UniSys and was affiliated to the consultancy Accenture in the position of senior consultant.

In 2000 he joined ECS AG and took over the management of the newly founded field of Integration Services. When Spider LCM GmbH was founded he headed up Development. Today he is a director and responsible for Projects and Program Management.

Marius Dunker is the father of two children and lives in northern Hamburg.

He keeps fit by skiing and playing tennis.

Svend Sahlmann was born in 1966. He has a degree in Economics ( University of Hamburg) and first worked as an auditor for the accounting firm Susat & Partner before becoming a company secretary with KPMG in Hamburg. At ECS AG he was first financial manager and from 2003 member of the board. Today, as director of Spider LCM GmbH, he is responsible for finance and organisation.

Svend Sahlmann lives in western Hamburg.

His hobbies are walking, cycling and squash.
