A sophisticated configuration model allows a file configure each individual type of contract . This combination of standard data and freely definable information guarantees systematic evaluation of all contracts without the special characteristics of a contract being overlooked. Attachments can be made to each contract, such as time sheets for service agreements or monthly itemised billing for cellphone contracts.

The items affected by a contract can be directly linked. This makes the details of the leased IT equipment or software is immediately available. This means that service agreements can be used more effectively. From the attached accounts the accumulative volumes are captured and cyclically compared to the planned volume.

The integrated interface to the ERP system (e.g. SAP) automatically takes over the intended entry. Overruns are timeously recognised. If required, the integrated alarm system can even indicate automatically when an alarm limit has been reached. The integrated feed-back automatically sends a reminder via email - individually for each authorised staff member – to ensure that no deadline is missed.
