Many years of practical experience on numerous client projects and continuous further education make the Spider team into a valuable partner for medium and large enterprises. The Spider product family was created on this basis. It supports all requirements for effective IT management: The IT asset management program Spider Asset which administrates all the IT infrastructure data, communicates seamlessly with the license management program Spider License which keeps software licensing under control. The contract management program Spider Contract makes all contracts and agreements accessible in all areas of the company.

An advisory service and programming round off the available service. ITIL certified consultants support our clients when introducing a product as well as in defining and implementing adapted company procedures. The development team is ready for product expansion and individual programming.
