Standardized individuality

The conventional approach to contract management is too rigid to be successful. As no type of contract is identical, individual values must be stored for each individual contract. Yet, it is precisely these differences which render a standard solution impossible.

Spider Contract solves the problem in a revolutionary way. All contracts are categorized according to type: purchase, leasing, licence or any other category. Each of these types is configured individually. In addition to a standard set of properties such as the date of commencement and duration, the contract is assigned special characteristics, which are defined on an individual basis.

Appendices can be set for each contract, e.g. time records in the case of service contracts or details of the leased assets in the case of leasing contracts. Individual parameters can also be assigned to these appendices over and above the standard properties.
An individual assessment or rating can be assigned to any contract or appendix, allowing a global evaluation of the contracts managed. Invoices and supplier data is structured in exactly the same way. It is possible to flexibly determine which details are to be made visible to a given user group. Even the way in which data is stored can be determined freely on the fly.

The proven evaluations available straight out of the box ensure that the data recorded is immediately accessible. They are backed by individually definable reports to allow for specific requirements.

In this way, Spider Contract successfully combines what appear to be two conflicting goals: A standard solution meeting individual requirements.

Web Interface
The flexible configurability of Spider products is due to a flexible Internet technology based on the Microsoft .Net framework, which is known for be very swift and secure. It does not require any installation at the user’s end. All that is required is the browser already integrated in Windows to access the user interface.
