Spider Contract manages the key data of selected contracts in a stable database. Access is possible via the Intranet and is channeled by the integrated user administration system. As with all Spider products, the only thing that needs to be installed is the server component. In this way, Spider is available from any workstation – just like that.

Operative departments

All knowledge of agreements, master contracts and utilization of quotas required on a day-to-day basis is available without delay on the desktop. As a result, vouchers can be entered directly.

Controlling

Internal auditing optimizes payment flows, checks the utilization of master contracts and identifies any contracts which are no longer required.

Corporate management

Reliable, readily available reports keep management briefed on any critical matters.

Integration

Spider Contract merges seamlessly into Spider Asset allowing, for example, leasing and rental contracts for software to be recorded. In this way, full use can be made of contractual terms and upgrades scheduled in good time. SLA assignment ensures that service-providers can be monitored far more effectively.

Used in conjunction with Spider Licence Spider Contract tracks the master data on licence contracts. This helps to simplify cost accounting and the utilization of temporary contracts.
